1. Complete the Web Form at our OIT Request for Service page. This page interacts directly with our Remedy tracking system and will provide you with a Service Request Number On-Line!

2. Send electronic mail to support@oit.gatech.edu. E-mail requests received after hours will be processed the following business morning.
3. Telephone 404-894-7173.
4. Go to the Resource Center on the ground floor of the Library.
