Problem: How do I get my account (username and password)?

Solution:

For OIT-issued "GT Accounts":

Students must appear in person at the Support Center on the ground floor of the Library or at the Information Services Desk in the Library and show a picture ID. The Support Center is open 8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday. The Information Services Desk is may be available outside of these hours. See their schedule for details.

Faculty and Staff members may appear in person at the Support Center in the Resource Center on the ground floor of the Library and show picture ID, or they may have their CSR contact the OIT Support Center at (404) 894-7173.

For on-line Registration, Student Access Menu, on-line Financial Aid system, etc:

These typically require a gtID# and PIN. Contact the appropriate office (Registrar, Financial Aid, etc.) for information on accessing these systems.

For other accounts: Contact the Computer Support Representative for your department, or other person designated by the CSR. The list of CSRs can be found at: http://www.oit.gatech.edu/help/departmental_support/csr_search.cfm
