Could you remove 2FA for my account?

Could you remove Two-factor Authentication for my account? I can't use my phone right now because I am in another country or I don’t have reliable access to a phone?

  • No! Unfortunately, we can't suspend or remove Two-Factor Authentication for current credit students and employees. However, we can remove Two-factor Authentication from former students or employees account. Please consult the OIT-Technology Support Center on this matter.
