How can I add a Location or Other type of Resource Calendar to the My GaTech system?
If you desire to have resource calendars created for your department, you should contact your CSR. If you are the CSR, you should send e-mail to support@oit.gatech.edu. They will e-mail the My GaTech Calendar Resource/Location/Equipment Request Form.
It is important to provide the following information about the Resource:
Information about the Resource Owner - Name, E-mail, Telephone
Resource Type - Location or Equipment (Equipment or other resource found under the Resource tab). If Equipment, you may need to further identify – Departmental Event Calendar, Sick/Vacation Calendar, Parking Calendar, etc…
