How can I add a photo to my Office 365 profile?

Office 365 allows you to associate a photo or picture with your account. 

Applies To:

  • All Office 365 Accounts (faculty, staff, and students)


  • Log in to Office 365:
  • Click on your name in the top righthand corner.
  • Select "About Me".
  • Hover over your blank photo and select "Change Your Photo".
  • Upload a GT appropriate photo of yourself to be included in Office 365 and Skype For Business.
