What is the Technology Support Center?

The OIT Technology Support Center (or TSC) provides support to faculty, staff, and students for IT related questions and problems. The Technology Support Center is located on Level 2 of the Clough Commons building in suite 215, near Starbucks. 

Note: As of the 14th May 2011, we NO LONGER support faculty and Staff personally owned machines. For faculty and staff, if you have an office system or a computer bought with research funds, please contact YOUR local departmental Computer Support Representative (CSR).  We do apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Walk-In Support Hours:

          Monday -  Friday 8am to 6pm. We accept computers for service between 9:15am - 4:00pm each day.  Please note that students must remain at the TSC while their computer is being serviced.

Phone Support Hours:

          Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
