If you see the above screenshot, when you are signing into duo using Turning Point App or authenticating to Duo-protected apps on iOS 11.3 or later, then follow the instruction and “Approve” as stated below.

Adding a tablet to my existing GT Two-Factor Account.
If you have an existing GT Two-Factor Account, adding a tablet is easiest through the Duo Login. You will see an option to "Add a new device" when the Duo login window presented to you when logging into GT Websites such as BuzzPort or Techworks but not Passport. That is by design.
If the tablet is your first and only device, please contact the Technology Service Center (TSC).
