Safe Senders

A safe sender is a contact who you consider safe to receive emails from that contain attachments (images, documents, etc.).  Emails from these contacts will never be treated as junk email.

How do I "Send As" my shared mailbox?

If you are unable to see a shared mailbox account in your "From" field, follow the instructions below:

  1. Compose a new message in OWA (Office Web App).
  2. Click on your email address and press delete.
  3. Type or paste the email address you wish to Send As.
    Note: You must have permission to send as this email address.
  4. Send your message.

Going forward, this email address should be listed in the drop down menu in your "From" box.
