Why is the Duo panel blank?

Unfortunately, your computer had problems reaching the Duo Security web site that powers Georgia Tech’s Two-Factor authentications. We try to avoid this situation by testing the web site before sending your browser to the Two-Factor page, however those tests are done from GT’s data centers which might have different connectivity than your computer. 

If you'd like, you can directly test the necessary parts of Duo by visiting https://admin.duosecurity.com, which, Unlike Duo’s regular home page, has replicated connectivity problems in the past.

Note: You won’t be able to log into the admin page. Simply seeing the page come up means that Duo’s login systems seem to be working.


We expect this to be a very unusual situation. You should retry your login. If this proves to be a frequent or consistent problem, then please contact the Technology Support Center immediately.
