*This step applies only to "Current" Student, Staff, and Faculty members who are on campus attending classes or working in some capacity. This does not apply to Applicants or "Non-Credit" students.

*Sending from multiple addresses is not supported.  Replies from your mailbox will show your primary email address as the sender.

In order to be eligible for an Office 365 mailbox, you must be a current Student, Staff or Faculty member, or an Affiliate. 

*If you are receiving an error message when trying to access webmail at mail.gatech.edu, and you are currently not enrolled in classes, it is likely because you are at an "Applicant" or "Member" status, which does not entitle you to a Georgia Tech Email Mailbox.
