Retirees that are still using their GT Mailbox for GT business may keep their mailbox once they retire. The retiree will need to annually attest that they are still using this resource for GT business to maintain this service.

Students lose access to their GT Office 365 Exchange mailbox after having been away from Georgia Tech for more than one full semester. Your GT Account will remain intact, but you will lost access to services such as Office 365 Exchange (mailbox), Office 365 ProPlus (installable Microsoft Office), Office 365 OneDrive for Business (cloud storage), Prism (on-premises GT disk space), LAWN (wireless), etc. after leaving Georgia Tech.

NO. Spam filtering will happen wherever the alias delivers e-mail, if it is enabled at that email location.
