How do I stop or change my Email Forwarding?

* If you're currently using an Office 365 mailbox and "Store and Forward" is enabled on your account and you want to remove S&F, you can submit a request to have this feature removed from your account using the following link:

If you do not have access to an Office 365 mailbox, follow the instructions below:

  1. Once you are logged in to Passport, click on the "Email Preferences" link on the left hand side, under the "Email" section.
  2. Next click on the radio button next to "Stop Email Delivery" or change the email address listed.
  3. Click "Set Email Preferences".
  4. A verification email will be sent to your current address or new address.  Please click the link in that email to finalize the change.

**NOTE: If you get to this point and you still cannot remove your email alias, then it is possible you changed your GT email alias recently and the old email alias has not been purged from our system. At that point, please either:

  • Call our office (8am-5pm M-F). Our phone number is 404-894-7173 (or toll-free at 866-377-9842) or
  • Come to Technology Support Center in person during our normal business hours, (8am-6pm M-F). We are located on the 2nd floor (Suite 215) in the Clough Building behind the Grand Staircase.
