What should I do to prepare for Duo Enrollment?

Customers can visit the OIT – Technology Support Center to enroll in DUO.  The TSC is located in the Clough Undergrad Building, Suite 215.  We suggest that you complete the checklist below prior to visiting the TSC.

Ensure you have the app store properly configured on your device.

  • Apple Customers: Make sure you have your AppleID credentials
  • Android Customers:  Make sure that the PlayStore App is configured with your Gmail account and password
  • Windows Mobile Device: Make sure you have the Windows Store configured and know your credentials

Download the DUO Mobile Application.

  • iPhone Devices
    • Launch the App Store app on your phone or tablet and search for “Duo Mobile”
    • Select Free and then tap Install to download the app
    • You will have to tap OK again when asked if DUO Mobile should be able to send push notifications
  • iPad Devices
    • Search for the “Duo Mobile” App in the iPhone App Store.  It does not exist in the iPad App Store.
    • Select Free and then tap Install to download the app
    • You will have to tap OK again when asked if DUO Mobile should be able to send push notifications
  • Android Devices
    • Open the Google Play Store app on your phone and search for “Duo Mobile”
    • You will have to tap OK again when asked if Duo Mobile should be able to send push notifications

We suggest that you configure GT WiFi on your device.  Instructions are located on lawn.gatech.edu
