Who can use the GT Dropbox service?

Georgia Tech will provide Dropbox Enterprise accounts to eligible customers who request a Dropbox Account.  Access to the GT Dropbox service is not provisioned automatically like some other centrally provided services.  

Who is eligible to request access to GT Dropbox?

  • Faculty
  • Staff
  • Tech Temps
  • Graduate Student employees (GRA's, GTA's, etc.)
  • Undergraduate Student employees
  • Alumni Association employees

How can I collaborate with my students?

Undergraduate and Graduate Students employed by your department can request access to the GT Dropbox service.  If a student is not employed by your department, you can still share files and folders that you store in your GT Dropbox account using their GT email address.

How can I collaborate with researchers at other universities or organizations?

You can still share files and folders that you store in your GT Dropbox account with your external colleagues using their email address.

Can I request additional accounts for other usages? (i.e. service accounts, guest lecturers, visiting scholars, etc)
