What is the recommended Two-Factor Authentication method?
If you can authenticate with a Smartphone, iPad or Tablet, DUO PUSH is the recommended method; it is quick, simple, and secure.
If you are traveling abroad, or don’t have service on your device, a Passcode is the recommended method. A Passcode can be generated through the Duo app and does not require cell service or WIFI.

My Two-Factor Authentication content does not load. What should I do?
1) Try to authenticate in an Incognito window (or equivalent) and use different browsers (Safari, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox). Does it go away? If not, go to step 2.
2) Enable/disable your browser security plug-ins, ad blocker, or third-party browser extensions.

I want to edit my 2FA number or device, how can I do it?
Please log into https://passport.gatech.edu/ and click on the Two-Factor-Authentication link. Please go to the top-left side of the screen and click on the "Two-Factor Authentication", then, click on the “Edit” link. Please don’t remove your device or number without replacing another device or number. Removing 2FA phone or device without replacement prevents you from accessing your GT account.
