Outlook on the web

  1. Log into Outlook on the web
  2. Click the gear icon > Mail > General
  3. Click My account.
  4. Within the "My account" screen, view your mailbox quota located at the bottom right of the screen.

OneDrive Sync for Mac - "Sorry we can't add your folder right now. Please try again”

Issue description:

When using the new OneDrive sync client for Mac to sync files from SharePoint document libraries, you get an error message “Sorry we can't add your folder right now. Please try again”. The OneDrive sync client for Windows doesn’t have this issue.

Root cause:

There are space characters in the entire URL address of your SharePoint site.  

Outlook search returns No matches found

Symptoms

When you use Instant Search in Microsoft Outlook 2013 and Microsoft Outlook 2016, you receive the following message:

When a person leaves Georgia Tech and becomes a former student or employee, their Office 365 Exchange Online mailbox expires after 30 days.  During that period, they can set up their Email Forwarding for Life (EMFL) and their email aliases will forward to an off-campus email address. 

If the customer does not configure EMFL during this 30-day expiration period, their email aliases will still attempt to delivery to a mailbox that no longer exists.  This can lead to confusion because the customer still appears to have an Office 365 mailbox in Passport and IT management tools (like MAGE or BuzzAPI) even though the mailbox no longer exists.
